It's flat, glued and looks like fake staples?

Some how you got the staples to only be on the top, so there is no bump lump or sharp edges on the back. Guessing here, but if that is how you did it, I would love to know the secret! Thanks for the chance to win some goodies.

Everything is adhered to the card using only staples. Very cool. I like what you did to the flower!

Great card Esther!

I think you cut off the prongs on the staples and glued them down.

Gosh, I don't know...it looks like staples but you must have done something special with them!

I guess staples?

My guess is they are made to look like staples, but they in fact are not. some kind of rubon or shimmery tinsel or something...

The staples are rub ons. Looks real without the sharp edges and doesn't have to be glued.

Well, I was thinking that they were embossed to look like staples (since it looks like they are raised up a bit). Just my thought. Then I read all the others and second guessed myself but I'm sticking with my original answer!

I'm going to guess that you did use adhesives with the staples as the card is sitting too flat. With staples alone it would have some puckers to it.Maybe instead of going right through to the instead of the card you just have it go in the first layer and then mount that layer.

I'm with Di - I think you scanned the bg and then used the flower on top! I like the look of the card too and how clever to use one flower on two identical cards!!

no glue. looks like it's all held together by the staples.

A great card Esther and I'm not sure if Lythan is on the right track or it is little pieces of metallic card made to look like staples.

Wow, I've been studing your cute card and read the comments. Boy you picked a good mind teaser. But I'm going to guess you stamped the stamples on.

Ok left over parts from laser stickers. Like the butterfly ones.

Like the card though!

How about digital staples. You designed the card without the flower in Photoshop or something like that and used digi elements.
