My late contribution to this week's SALT challenge 'His Presence, what does God's presence mean to you? Does it mean Comfort in time of loss, Strength when you face a battle, Reassurance that you Walk the Good Walk...or is it something you need to accept,is it something you want to be more open too.Joshua 1:5 No one will be able to stand up against you all the days of your life.As I was with Moses, so I will be with you; I will never leave you nor forsake you.'
I love this verse because it reminds me of God's faithfulness and promise
I used this photograph that I took of a white leaf that was set amongst all the these other brown ones. It reminded me of the artist Andy Goldsworthy that takes a lot of photos using nature. It was so tempting to keep adding to this piece, but I soon realised that it would detract from the picture and the words, so I kept it simple using white lettering and white stazon to ink the edges and stamp the leaf images around the border.

So clear and so effective, well done!
This is beautiful, Esther. You were certainly right not to add more to it - I love the photo, the way the white leaf stands out against the others - more importantly the reminder of His presence
I love this!
This is absolutely stunning, Esther! Just perfect!
Capturing this white leaf is awesome - so artistic how you designed this for the challenge!
