Ok... As promised here is my second Blog candy Giveaway as the first just took ages! Up for grabs are the lovely Tulip K&Co papers, along with a set of Aqua flo pens (Fill with water to create great watercolour effects), and some watercolour effect pictures, to be used on cards altered art etc...

So here's what you have to do. I have picked the theme and technique of watercolour, although personally I love inking, so just leave me a comment with your favourite craft trick or technique. Winner will be drawn on Friday 13th (nonsense to the bad luck thing!)

I love to make a scene :)
Then when I am finished making a scene I love to watercolor it with twinkling H2O's or radiant pearls, there is nothing prettier than a whole scene that shimmers.

My fav. technique right now is shaping metal to put on cards and scrapbook pages. I spell words, create swirls, and do designs with it. I am addicted! I haven't tried watercoloring yet, but I've wanted to! Thanks!

My favorite technique right now paper piercing. It's not as easy as it looks (at least to me).

Right now dry embossing using my Cuttlebug is my favorite. It's fun to find ways to incorporate embossing into my card designs. I've done some watercoloring and I enjoy it but I need to practice more. Thanks.

One of my recent favorite techniques is machine sewing on my cards. I love the texture and interest that it adds and I find it easier and quicker than faux stitching.

Hello. Oh what fun! My favorite technique is gamsol magic. I use it every time I color my images. I love the way it blends. I also use lots of stickles. The glittery shimmers make me smile.
Thanks for asking,
Nancy Grant

My favorite technique right now is watercoloring. I just got some Prisma Color Pencils and am anxious to try them with the gamsol that I have heard so much about. (Now to find some gamsol lol)Thanks for an opportunity to win some great blog candy.

I really like embossing with UTE(ultra thick embossing) also known as "Glassy Glaze" from Stampin' Up!

Oooh.. at the moment it is handstitching,(I havent got a sewing machine yet!) I have been practising with varied results. My local sewing shop suggested a tracing wheel which I use to pierce the paper with first. This gives you nice even stitching.

Hi Esther, my favourite all time is simply stamping on patterned paper or on paper which I have made a pattern on myself with water colours. Thanks for the invite!

Oooooh more goodies lol...my fav technique at the moment is faux parchment... well I think that's what you call it. You use any stamp inked up with white, stamp on the upperside of the parchment paper and then trace the design on the reverse with your embossing tools. Quick and easy and no need to hand draw with white ink. Only trouble is it doesn't photograph very well... (or that could just be my camera skills again lol)

I love playing with gel medium and fusible film....
gold emboss a fancy background, paint with gel medium, layer a sheet of fusible film, crystalina and maybe even a little angelina fiber (all the same product in different forms), then get out the heat gun and watch the magic...DEVINE!!! If you love unpredictable colour then this is perfect

I am so enthralled with my Prismacolors and gamsol. I stamped a book full of images last week and take them to bed with me and just color away! I feel like a kid again. I am hoping to see my niece this weekend and show her how and I even have extra stubs with me because i Know she will love it.

My favourite at the moment is stamping onto white tissue paper with a black permenant ink pad. When dry watercolour with twinkling H2O's. Then cut out & stick (pva on back of tissue & chosen background). Looks great on wood, metal, card etc. Really easy & effective.

I love watercoloring, especially with the watercolor crayons! Paper piercing has to be a close first!

Right now my favourite technique is probably hand-sewing. Not all the stitches that look good on fabric seem to work well for paper, but I can do some basic ones and also add beads and buttons.
